About The Role

As a Fashion Designer, you will play an integral role in shaping our brand’s identity by creating innovative and stylish collections that resonate with our core values. You will conceptualize and develop designs that not only reflect our ethos of sustainability and inclusivity but also push the boundaries of contemporary fashion. Working closely with the design team, you will have the opportunity to select high-quality materials that meet our ethical standards, ensuring that each piece is not only beautiful but also responsibly sourced.

Your responsibilities will include developing detailed sketches and technical specifications for each design, collaborating with pattern makers and seamstresses to produce prototypes that bring your visions to life. Throughout the process, you will stay attuned to current trends and market demands, allowing you to create collections that are both relevant and timeless. You will also present your designs to key stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine your concepts and ensure that the final products align with our brand’s aesthetic and mission. Your creativity and expertise will be essential in driving our commitment to making a positive impact in the fashion industry.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research on current fashion trends and market demands to inform design decisions.

  • Create original designs that align with the brand’s aesthetic and sustainability goals.

  • Collaborate with the production team to ensure designs are feasible and meet quality standards.

  • Present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback into final products.

  • Maintain awareness of emerging materials and techniques to innovate and enhance collections.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or a related field.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in fashion design, preferably within the sustainable fashion sector.

  • Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and creative vision.

  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
